We have excellent certified Eclipse™ trainers who also happen to be experienced working realtime voice writers. It is important to receive training from someone who is actually a voice writer themselves, as opposed to someone who can just show you how speech recognition and CAT software works in general. When you're a busy working professional, with little time in your schedule as it is, you need top-notch training from someone who has been exactly where you are now. There are many questions that only an experienced voice writer can answer for you. Our trainers are qualified to give you those answers!

I wanted to tell you thank you for your patience and time, basically "holding my hand" while I was learning Eclipse™. I absolutely love my program. I can't imagine being a court reporter without it. I am able to go on more jobs and produce transcripts much faster.
