Instantly swap out words with one stroke. No need to toggle through multiple words.

When speech engines misrecognize similar-sounding words during high-speed dictation and you don’t want to train Total EclipseVox™’s artificial intelligence to permanently resolve their conflicts because those word choices may likely be correct in the same grammatical contexts in the future, you can perform a word swap that will apply to just that one location in your transcript. Simply look at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen to view your conflict choices and press Shift + the number key.

Even though most CAT programs have a word-swap utility, they require you to toggle among word sets by continuously pressing a keystroke combination until the desired word appears.
